新京报讯 8月31日，北京星权律师事务所发布案件播报，李晨诉两名网络用户网络侵权责任纠纷（名誉权）案件一审胜诉。

据悉，两名网络用户均在社交媒体上发布了针对李晨的侮辱、诽谤言论。北京互联网法院经过审理后判定，二被告构成对李晨名誉权的侵犯，须连续十日在涉案的社交媒体账号上分别登载致歉声明，并赔偿李晨精神损害抚慰金及经济损失两案共计90000元。
随后李晨工作室转发该案件播报，并声明称，网络并非法外之地。
